Whereas, it has been reported by the Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioners Bhiwani, Faridabad (E&W), Gurgaon (W), Jind, Rohtak, Rewari, Sirsa and Sonipat that the challans in form ST-38 as specified in Schedule given below have either not been received in his office or lost by the dealer.

Now, therefore, the serial numbers of the challans in form ST-38 mentioned under column 3 of the Schedule given below are declared as obsolete and invalid with effect from the date mentioned against each. Anyone fraudulently using the said form shall render himself liable to penal action in accordance with the provisions of Haryana General Sales Tax Act, 1973 (Act, 20 of 1973), and the rules framed thereunder: -
